Green Chutney Recipe:
Green Chutney, also known as coriander/cilantro chutney or hari chutney which is the most prominent and refreshing chutney goes well with nearly everything. Green chutney is a puree of coriander leaves, green chilli and lemon juice. You can adjust all the ingredients according to your taste and most of the savoury Indian snacks are served with this green chutney.
This is an extremely versatile condiment and allows you to do whatever you want with it. I often use this in making curries, serve as dip, sandwich spread and salad dressing.
