Ragi Dosa Recipe:

Ingredients:
Ragi flour - 1&1/2cup
Semolina - 1 cup
Rice flour - 1 cup
Wheat flour - 1 cup
Butter milk - 1 & 1/2 cup
Water - 7 to 8 cups
Salt to taste
Oil - 3 tbsp
Method:
1. Mix all the above ingredients except oil in a big vessel and make the batter like the normal dosa batter consistency,rest it aside for at least 30 mins.
2. Now heat tawa or iron griddle grease with very little oil.
4. Now take enough batter with the ladle and spread it around evenly and fry it until golden color ,now flap it to another side and fry it for just 2 secs and fold into half and now dosa is ready.
5. Now drop a 2 drops of oil on center of tawa and clean it around with the sample dosa and repeat the step 4 to make dosa. You can make around 17 dosas
6. Serve hot with peanut chutney,tomato chutney or coconut chutney.
Tips:
- You need to be very careful while spreading the dosa batter on hot griddle.
- You can also add finely chopped(onions,green chilli,ginger,coriander leaves) to the batter or spread these in the step 4 (after spreading the batter on the hot griddle).It increases the taste.
- It is very healthy and kids gonna like it.
