PORRIDGE


Porridge Recipe:

Ingredients:


Whole rolled/quick cooking oats - 50g
Cold water/milk - 300ml
Brown sugar/honey - 4tbsp
Fresh cream - 2tbsp
Fresh fruits(grapes,apple)copped
Method:

1. Place oats in a small saucepan and add water.Alternatively milk can be used instead of water.
2. Bring to the boil and simmer for 6-7 minutes, stirring continuously.
3. Add honey/sugar and give it a big stir .

4. Add your choice of fruits,fresh cream, serve warm and enjoy.

Tips:
1. You can add your choice of fruits or nuts,dry fruits or serve on its own , without adding anything and still tastes tasty and healthy.
