VEGETABLE FRIED RICE


Vegetable Fried Rice Recipe:


Prep Time: 5mins
Cooking Time: 10mins
Yield: 2
Type: easy

Ingredients:

Rice : 1cup(cooked rice)
Carrot : 1/2cup(finely chopped)
Capsicum : 1/2cup(finely chopped)
Spring Onions : 1/2cup(finely chopped greens,whites)
pepper pwd : 1/2tsp
Light soya sauce : 1tsp
Ajinomoto : 2tsp
Green chilli : 1(slit length wise)
Salt to taste
Sesame oil/sunflower oil : 3tbsp

Method:

1.) Add oil to a big frying pan,add green chilli and veggies and fry them until they are half cooked.

2.) Now add spring onions whites and stir it for 1min.

3.) Now its time to add pepper pwd+soya sauce+ajinomoto+salt and stir well.

4.) Add rice and mix it well on above medium flame until it is well mixed.
5.) Add spring onion greens and serve with wet manchuria or serve on its own with ketchup.

Tips:


  • You can add your choice of veggies like french beans,cabbage,etc.
