This powerful ancient grain has an excellent source of fiber, protein, iron, magnesium, vitamin B6 and folate B9, ideal for any health conscious diet.
Quinoa is cooked same as rice,  like take quinoa : water(1:2) ratio. One cup of dried quinoa yields three cups of cooked quinoa.
It is so versatile because it can take on any added flavours just like rice. Its full of protein and a good substitute for non-meat eaters to get there daily protein.

Green Lentils, lentils have the second-highest ratio of protein per calorie of any legume after soybeans. In the Indian Subcontinent lentil curry is part of everyday diet, eaten with both rice, roti and can also be used to make burger patty.

Green lentils - 1/3cup
Oats - 1/2cup
Potatoes - 10 medium size
Red capsicum - 1 medium
Ginger - 1 inch (grated)
Cauliflower - 1cup
Carrot - 2 medium
French beans - 20 to 25
Beetroot - 3inch cube (finely grated)
Corn flour - 2tsp
Rice flour - 2tsp

Burger buns - 2
Lettuce leaves - few
Cucumber - few (cut into circles)
Red onion pieces - few (cut into lengthwise)
Cheese slices - 2
Ketchup/Salsa - 1tsp
Butter - 1/2tsp

Method To Make Burger Patties:

1.) Rinse quinoa+green lentils together and add 2&1/2 cups water to it, pressure cook it for 2 whistles just the way you cook rice. Rest it in cooker for 30minutes or until it leaves pressure in the cooker.
2.) Take out cooked quinoa+lentils and place it on a plat and leave it to cool down completely.

3.) Boil potatoes with skin on and leave it aside until it cools down completely. Now remove potato skin and mash it and take it to a big bowl.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

4.) Cut red capsicum into big cubes and add 1tsp of oil to a frying pan and fry it on both sides for 5 minutes and let it cool down then chop them into small pieces.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

5.) Add oats to a blender, pulse it into fine powder and keep it aside.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
6.)

7.) Its time to add all veggies (capsicum+cauliflower+beans+grated beetroot+grated ginger+carrot) and spices (salt+pepper+corn flour+oats flour+rice flour)  except oil and mix well.
8.) Now stir in cooked quinoa+lentils and mix well with your hand.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
9.) Take oil in a frying pan and heat it on medium flame.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------
10.) Meanwhile, apply oil on a silver foil and place it on work top and now scoop out the hand full of mixture on to sliver foil and make them circles as shown in the picture or into your desired shapes.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
11.) Once the oil is at medium hot, slowly drop the patty into oil and do not over crowd the frying pan. Try to fry 3 patties at a time.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
12.) Just flip it on to other side and fry it until golden colour on both sides and take them on a kitchen towel to remove excess oil.
13.) Repeat steps 11 and 12 and fry rest of the patties.

Method To Make Burger:

1.) Half the burger bun and apply salsa+butter.

2.) Place lettuce leaves on top of halved bun, now place patty on it.

3.) Now place veggies and cheese slice on top of it.

4.) Cover it with the other half. And its ready to serve.

Tips:

1.) I always make bunch of them and store them in a few freezer bags once patties are completely cool down. This way you can have them whenever you want, like takeout how many you want from freezer and microwave them for 2 minutes @360 degrees and ready to make quinoa burger, pack them in kids/adults lunch box or serve them as you wish.

2.) Lunch Box - Wrap the burger into a cling film and serve it with a pot of yogurt to make it a complete meal.
