Ingredients
Baguette - 1p
Cheese - 1/2 cup (grated)
Tomato - 2 tbsps (finely chopped)
Capsicum - 2 tbsps (finely chopped)
Pesto Sauce - 3 tbsps
Fresh Chilly(optional) - 1 tbsp (finely chopped)

Method
- Cut the baguette into half lengthwise .
- Pre-heat the oven to 180c.
- Spread pesto on two baguette halves,now cheese as thin layer and its time for toppings.
- Place these on a baking tray and bake it in the oven for 10 mins.
- Serve hot with chilly sauce or eat on its own.
