Aloo Palak Fry


Aloo Palak Fry Recipe:-

Cooking Time: 15mins
Type: easy

Ingredients

Aloo - 160g (cut into cubes)
Palak - 100g (Finely chopped)
Onion - 1M (Finely chopped)
Zeera - 1 tbsp
Ginger - 1inch (Finely chopped)
Garlic - 3pods (Finely  chopped)
Dania powder - 1/2tbsp
Zeera powder - 1/2tbsp
Red chilli paste -1tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil - 2 tbsps

Method

  • Take a non-stick pan,add oil followed by zeera,chopped ginger,garlic and fry it for 1min.
  • Add chopped onions and stir for 10 sec then add salt and cover with lid for 4mins.
  • Now add dania,zeera,turmeric powder,chilli paste and potato cubes and stir well and turn flame to medium heat for 1 min.
  • Then add palak and cover with lid let it cook for 5 mins and give it a stir in between. Remove the lid and cook for 3 more mins.
  • Aloo Palak Fry is ready and tasty on its own,garnishing is optional.
  • Serve hot with boiled rice,roti.
