Broccoli 65

Broccoli 65(Dry) Recipe

Ingredients

Broccoli - 1&1/2 cup(make into small florets)
Gobi - 1/2 cup(make into small florets)
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Dania zeera pwd - 2 tbsps
Lime - 2 tbsps
Oil - 2 tbsps
Chilli paste - 1 tbsp
Yogurt - 4 tbsps
Corn flour - 1/3 cup
Wheat flour - 1/3 cup
Rice flour - 2 tbsps

  


Method

  1. Mix all ingredients except veggies in a bowl with little water and make it like a thick batter.
  2. Now stir in veggies to the above batter and rest in the fridge for at least  1 hour(give couple of stirs in-between).
  3. Preheat the oven with fan to 180 degrees.Meanwhile take baking tray with parchment paper on it.
  4. Now spread the veggie batter on the tray like shown in the picture and bake it for 20 mins (give it a stir after 10 mins once) until crispy golden color.
  5. Serve hot with ketchup,boiled rice,fried rice.

Tips

  • You can make it with your choice of veggies but oven timings may vary.
  • Slight variation to this recipe for the people who thinks the output is dry.For this all you need to do to make even more tastier, cut onions and capsicum lengthwise and saute with little oil and salt for 5 mins then add the baked florets and cover with lid for 5 mins and serve hot.
