Soybean Patty

Soybean Patty Recipe

Ingredients 

Soybeans - 1 cup(soak overnight)
Carrot - 1/4 cup(shredded)
Sweet corn - 1/4 cup
Ginger - 1 inch(grated)
Pepper pwd a pinch
Spring onions - 2 tbsps(optional)
Wheat flour - 3 tbsps
Corn flour - 3 tbsps
Salt to taste
Oil (shallow fry)




Method

  • Pressure cook soya and veggies separately,drain and let it cool down.
  • Using food processor make soybeans into a smooth/coarse paste.
  • Take all ingredients except oil into a bowl and mix it well.
  • Now heat oil in a frying pan and take medium size ball of soybean mixture and press it and make it like a patty.Fry in oil on both sides until golden color.
  • Make all patties ready and fry them like shown in the picture.
  • Serve hot with ketchup.
