Cheese Sandwich Toast Recipe

Ingredients
Bread Slices - 4
Cheese - 1 cup (grated)
Onion - 1 tbsp (finely chopped)
Tomato - 1 small (finely chopped)
Zucchini - 2 tbsps (finely chopped)Capsicum - 2 tbsps (finely chopped)
Butter - 2 tbsps
basil - 1 tbsp (fresh/dried)
chilli powder apt(optional)
salt to taste
Method
- Mix cheese,veggies,basil and salt in a bowl and let it rest for 2 mins.
- Put frying pan on medium heat, meanwhile take 1 bread slice and spread the cheese mixture as a thick layer and cover it with another slice of bread.Repeat the method and make the sandwiches ready for frying.
- Now spread 1/2 tbsp of butter on pan and put sandwich then fry on both sides until golden color.
- Repeat same method to all sandwiches.
- Serve hot with ketchup or eat on its own.

Tips
- I used half & half bread but u can also use brown bread.
- Ideal for lunch boxes(kids & adults),snack,picnics.
- You can also make with your choice of veggies.
